By creating an account and posting events on HaysEvents.com, you agree to the following terms.

Accounts

Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of the information they post and for keeping their account credentials secure. New accounts are reviewed before events are published.

Acceptable content

Events must be real, lawful, and relevant to the Hays, Kansas community. We may unpublish or remove events, or suspend accounts, that are misleading, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

No warranty

Event listings are provided by third-party organizations. HaysEvents.com does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listed event.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
